Are you deeply committed to personal growth and social justice? Do you see NVC as an essential tool for both?
Join this intimate learning group for a 6-month intensive program that will help you strengthen your NVC skills, embody a paradigm of nonviolence, leverage your power to empower the systematically marginalized, and step into greater leadership in your community and life. We will meet from 10:00am-3:00pm in North Seattle on January 15, February 12, March 12, April 16, May 7, and June 4.

How do we exercise self-responsibility by speaking up about things we’d like to be different? How do we transform people-pleasing in order to embody truth & authenticity? How do we enrich our relationships by speaking up about the things we’re appreciating? What are you taking away from your experience in the NVC Leadership Circle?
