What if the holidays were truly a time of peace and joy with those you love?

For so many of us, the holidays are a loaded experience: even though we want to celebrate and enjoy this time with our loved ones, the combination of overstuffed calendars, large family gatherings and our own lofty expectations can lead us to fall into patterns of anxiety, conflict and disconnection.

How would your holiday season change this year if the conflicts you experienced were generative, rather than destructive? If you could process your annoyance and irritation without isolating or blaming? If you could access compassion and empowerment, even when faced with challenging words or actions?

Join us for an afternoon of exploring the basics of Compassionate Communication!

In this session you will:

  • Learn useful ways to ground yourself and regain balance in stressful or uncomfortable situations.
  • Gain clarity about how to respond lovingly in the inevitable moments of challenge that arise while spending condensed time with your family members and relatives.
  • Upgrade the way you think, speak, and relate in order to experience a more joyful, authentic and connecting holiday season.

REGISTRATION IS FULL as of 11/12/17.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact Erin.
