How you communicate can literally make or break a relationship. And if you’ve ever tried to effect meaningful change in your personal life, workplace, or community, then you know how hard it is to do it alone.
Working together is a must if we are going to build the kind of world we want to live in! It’s simple: if you want resilient relationships to create positive change, you need skillful communication.
Listening with an open mind, staying connected through challenge, conveying your opinions, ideas and requests in a way that enhances collaboration—these are the skills you need to collaborate, as well as advance your personal career and larger goals. And like any art, skillful communication takes practice.
Join us for 8 sessions of hands-on learning around compassionate, effective communication! In addition to experiential learning in each session, you will also receive weekly handouts, materials, and practices to support you in solidifying your new skills.
