Most of us can picture this for ourselves, and we’ve probably even taken steps to try to create it.

Maybe we’ve gone to therapy. Made a vision board. Gone on a retreat. Changed jobs. Left a relationship. Read self-help books. Established a morning routine. Set boundaries. Spent more time in nature.

And yet there’s still something missing. 

We feel a restlessness inside… a call to a richer and more vibrant experience of life.

Somewhere deep down, we have an inner knowing that we’re meant for more.

In nearly a decade of coaching hundreds of people toward their own thriving, I’ve gotten a front row seat to the ways we spin our wheels looking for our fulfillment in the wrong places.

Most of us are trying to think and strategize our way to feeling lit up in our lives, but that rarely works.

Why not?

Because our thriving isn’t really about the logistics.

Does having our basic needs met help? Absolutely. Do healthy habits and boundaries make a difference? You bet.

But cultivating true, holistic well-being isn’t a mental puzzle we can solve.

It’s not a set of goals and behaviors we can check off our list.

It’s an experiential discovery process that requires us to get intimate with what our truth feels like in our hearts and bodies.

Our sense of thriving doesn’t just come from what we do, or even our life circumstances in many cases—it comes from who we’re being.

It comes from how we relate to ourselves inwardly and the energy we embody.

It comes from the paradigms we cultivate and the beliefs we nurture.

It comes from releasing who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we truly are.

It comes from learning to open ourselves to life—to vulnerability, to trust, to change, to possibility.

Real thriving isn’t about what we do or accomplish or acquire. It’s about clearing what stands in the way of living in alignment with our true nature.

It’s not about feeling good all the time, having the “perfect” life design, getting rid of all of our issues, or showing up flawlessly.

It’s about learning to trust and follow our heart’s desires. Accepting all the pieces of our humanity. Breaking the cycle of our patterns. Shifting out of fear, unworthiness, and scarcity. Seeing our lives through the lens of empowerment and abundance. Tuning into the vibration of our authenticity.

It’s about stretching beyond the comfort zone of what’s familiar, and blazing a trail of genuine alignment.

It’s about coming home to who we really are, and letting that ripple out into every dimension of our lives.

The Ascend Program is a powerful 6-week journey that will offer you the practices, guidance, and support you need to:

  • Identify what your unique vision of thriving is at this point in your life and begin proactively creating it

  • Let go of unhelpful messages you may have internalized about how your thriving should look, and adopt a more liberating paradigm

  • Examine the old patterns that keep you stuck or take you out of alignment, and learn tools to compassionately get yourself back on track

  • Learn to get your subconscious on your side when it comes to tuning in with and feeling worthy of your heart’s desires

  • Practice cultivating the energy of abundance, possibility, creativity, and resilience toward what you want to experience

  • Develop more courage and resourcefulness to pursue what you feel called toward in life

Hey there! I’m Erin, your coach and facilitator.

I used to think someone else had the formula for my thriving. I tried molding myself to the conventional norms of what seemed to bring others success and happiness, but it always left me feeling empty and yearning for more.

So I started following my heart and intuition instead: I left college to backpack solo through Latin America at 19, moved to Bolivia to build a youth hostel at 24, and left a stable job to start my coaching business at 27.

In taking these courageous leaps, I watched my aliveness and well-being expand exponentially! I realized that my path of thriving was never supposed to look like anyone else’s, and that everything I needed to forge that path had been inside me all along. And the same is true for you.

I believe that all of us are designed to thrive—it’s just a matter of defining that on our own terms, and clearing the path inside to make it a reality.

I’m excited to lead you on this journey to claim your thriving in your way, and ascend beyond whatever stands in the way of accessing it. Let’s do this!

About The Program

This program is designed for deep transformation in a supportive and inclusive virtual community.

The Ascend Program takes place live on Zoom, and consists of 10 sessions total across 6 weeks: 6 learning sessions on Tuesdays, and 4 coaching calls on Thursdays (see detailed schedule below). Participants receive replays of all sessions.

Learning Sessions (2 hours) are an educational space where participants receive concepts, principles, and tools via live teaching, digital handouts, and pair/small group activities.

Coaching Calls (90 minutes) are an experiential space where Erin offers live coaching to 2-3 individuals on real-life challenges they’re experiencing related to the program content. Participants often find these calls to be profoundly healing and transformational; those who observe often receive just as much value and insight as those who are coached.

Attendance Policy

Attendance at every session is not mandatory, but joining sessions real-time is the best way to experience and co-create the transformational power of the program. Participants are kindly requested to commit to joining at least 50% of the sessions as a prerequisite to signing up for the program.

Video Participation Required

Willingness to be on-camera during the group discussion and coaching segments of our program is required. Seeing each other’s faces is a huge ingredient in helping us build the emotional rapport to dive deep together!

Program Curriculum

Session 1: Finding Your Thriving Fingerprint 

What unhelpful or unrealistic ideas have you internalized from society about what it means to thrive? How freeing would it feel to redefine what authentic thriving means for you, on your terms? In this session we’ll examine some of the common myths and mindset traps many of us encounter when it comes to thriving, and we’ll cultivate a refreshing new outlook that prioritizes our true well-being.

Session 2: Clearing Blocks to Allow New Levels of Well-Being

What blocks us from moving toward what would truly nourish and satisfy us in our lives? In this session we’ll take a look at why our subconscious often resists positive change, and how to raise our internal set point to allow in more well-being. We’ll explore the four sources from which most of our limiting beliefs stem (perfectionism, codependency, unworthiness, and scarcity) and learn effective ways to start working through them.

Session 3: Embracing Discomfort as A Gateway to Thriving

How do we break the cycle of struggle and interrupt the patterns that are reinforcing familiar pain and stuckness in our lives? What does it look like to onboard new ways of being that promote grounded, sustained thriving? In this session we’ll explore the unexpected way in which growing our tolerance for discomfort helps us make quantum leaps in our capacity to experience well-being, contentment, and joy.

Session 4: Aligning with the Energy of Abundance

What would happen if you could learn to let yourself be guided by an orientation of trust, openness, and positive possibility in life? In this session we’ll explore how powerful it is to infuse the energy of abundance into our thinking and way of life, and how to do so in an authentic, grounded way (without spiritual bypass). We’ll learn a practice that will help you tether to your inner knowing and anchor into abundance time and time again.

Session 5: Strengthening Your Forcefield of Worthiness

How do we strengthen our sense of worthiness to thrive in our lives? How can we work through feelings of unworthiness as they arise, and keep momentum along the path to fully embracing our thriving? In this session we’ll look at tools to embody unconditional worthiness, protect and nurture our sacred process of evolution, and give ourselves permission to radically prioritize our own well-being.

Session 6: Trusting the Beautiful Unknown

How can we cultivate radical trust in the unknown? In our final session together, we’ll explore ways to support ourselves in embracing a growth mindset and returning to a stance of empowerment and abundance no matter what happens on our journey.
